2022 First Class of the New Semester arrives as scheduled.

From Olympic champions striving hard on the Winter Olympic stages, to academicians who have rooted in the fields for 50 years to breed golden seeds;

From three generations of foresters who built the world’s largest artificial forest farm on wasteland, to the Qinghai-Tibet scientific expedition team that climbs the world’s summit to explore geographical and climate changes;

From heroic carrier-based aircraft pilots, to the chief designer of China’s Manned Spaceflight Engineering who takes over the baton from senior aerospace professionals with a strong sense of mission

They took the stage to share the striving stories of “strivers” in the new era from various industries and fields.

Despite recent resurgences of COVID-19 across the country, 2022 First Class of the New Semester was broadcast as scheduled. With the increasingly mature integration of small-pitch LED displays and XR technology, this year’s program adopted these cutting-edge technologies.

Upgrading the “New Classroom” with Digital New Technologies

Using XR technology, the program 1:1 restored the space lab module in the studio, moving the classroom to the Wentian Lab Module of the China Space Station to explore the mysteries of the universe with astronauts walking in space.

It also “transported” students to the blue ocean to appreciate the stunning magnificence of the J-15 fighter jet, and to the Saihanba Mechanized Forest Farm and the Asian Elephant Rescue and Breeding Center in Xishuangbanna, letting children experience the magnificent rivers and mountains of the motherland firsthand.

CMG deeply integrated XR, CG and other digital technologies with EXCO Vision Apollo Series fine pitch LED displays into program design, helping CMG First Class of the New Semester create an immersive teaching classroom. It not only broadened children’s horizons but also greatly inspired their imagination.

The Apollo Series supports both rental and small-pitch fixed installation applications. It is ideal for high-definition display and multi-angle shooting scenarios, and can be configured into flat, concave, convex and cubic shapes, perfectly meeting the practical needs of rental and fixed-installation markets.
