On January 18, 2024, EXCO Vision celebrated its 6th Anniversary & 2024 Spring Festival Gala under the theme “Six Years of Forging Ahead, the Dragon Soars High” at the Atour Hotel in Shenzhen’s Xili Innovation Valley. Company leaders, staff, and guests came together to witness and share in the joy, dedication, and growth of EXCO Vision — accompanied by spectacular performances and generous prizes — celebrating the night in full splendor.

The gala began at 3:00 p.m. with a glamorous sign-in ceremony. Floral walls and borders turned the registration area into a standout attraction, where guests signed their names, posed for photos, and shared their wishes. It immediately created a small climax in the meeting venue.

When the banquet opened, the music flowed like jade beads dropping onto a plate. Scenes from the past appeared on screen — dual-color, RGB… each telling the story of its time. Looking back over six years, every moment felt vivid and alive — tears and joy intertwined. Now, as we reflect once more, what stands out most is the growth and the gains along the journey.

At the banquet, Mr. Su Fang, Director of Shenzhen EXCO Vision Co., Ltd., gave a New Year’s speech. He thanked the EXCO Vision team for their hard work and dedication, and expressed appreciation to all suppliers for their unwavering support. He wished everyone at EXCO Vision and all its partners a smooth and successful year ahead.

In his speech, Mr. Zhuang Yuelong called the annual gala a celebration of gratitude. He thought that EXCO Vision had faced many challenges since its founding, but had also achieved strong results. Looking back over six years, the team had grown steadily. He stressed that the headquarters had given its full support to the subsidiary, and that partners had been incredibly supportive. He closed by thanking the entire team and all their suppliers.

At the gala, EXCO Vision’s General Manager, Mr. Zhang Zhe, presented the company’s 6th Anniversary & 2024 New Year Report. Ditching the usual boastful PPT style, he shared real stories of people chasing dreams in an unstable world and industry. He recognized the team’s round-the-clock efforts in R&D and product launches, and the late nights spent working alongside partners. Though his speech was brief, every word carried weight — leaving everyone deeply touched and thoughtful.

During the gala, General Manager Zhang presented awards to these outstanding employees on behalf of the company, expressing gratitude for their dedication to the company’s growth.

The engineering team has spent years on project sites, building solid expertise and practical skills. With a relentless commitment to excellence, they consistently deliver projects flawlessly to clients, earning widespread favor and recognition. Mr. Yan, the team leader, accepted the award from General Manager Zhang, who thanked the team for their hard work.

In his acceptance speech, Mr. Yan said the team has always been pragmatic and professional, exceeding client expectations and striving for industry-leading service. He said he was proud of the team and felt lucky that they had met celebrities through their projects. He also thanked the company and all partners for their support.
